Complete the KTC online membership form and pay via a bank transfer.
Click on New Members Ace Booking Registration (tab above) to register. This will take you to the 'login' page on the Ace Booking System. You will have the option to 'log in' or to 'sign up'.
When registering for the first time click on 'sign up' and follow the instructions to input a password (of your choosing) and then to confirm the password.
It is important to make a note of your username and password as you will need this for all future bookings.
Proceed to answer the remaining questions (your user details).
Click 'save' to submit the form to the Ace Booking System. Your court booking access is only granted when your membership is validated by the volunteer KTC administrators. This may take a number of days to process. You will receive an email notifying you once your court booking access is activated.

Click or tap an available start time which is indicated by the circle with a cross in the centre on the calendar.

Select your end time from the drop-down box. 1.5 hours max.

Please note on Monday & Wednesday evenings play times are restricted to sessions: 6.30-8pm and 8-9.30pm (This is to allow maximum member use of the courts during busy periods). Court bookings can be made up to one week in advance. Each member is allowed three active bookings at any given time.

Courts are for the use of members only. Access is via a locked gate system (code will be issued with membership). Please ensure that gates and clubhouse are closed when you leave.

- Login
- Select (click on) your court booking
- A page with your booking detail appears
- Click delete
- The booking is now cancelled

We have introduced a new Web App which allows Members to turn on lights using a web based application, avoiding the need for coins.
You are able to buy tokens on line using a debit or credit card, you can also still continue with coins if you prefer.
Tennis lighting Web app info for all court lighting.
Tokens will be 1.50 euro per token.
1 Token = 25 minutes on court 1,2,3.
1 Token = 50 Minutes on court 4,5.
Click on link above to access the Web app. (Qr Code will be at the meters soon)
1 - Enter Your Email address.
2 - Enter your private password or number.
3 - Tick remember me.
4 - Click Register.
Next screen is Reqister new user.
5 - Contact name you would like to have as a contact, this may be another name as you might be registering for a minor etc.
6 - your contact email, the same as your user name please.
7 - Password again.
Next screen shows courts 1 to 5,
8 - Click buy credits at the top right of screen.
9 - choose how many credits you would like.
10 - Click pay by card.
11 - Enter details and scroll down to click pay.
You should be able to save Web App address to home screen on your phone or bookmark it, what ever you like to do.
There will also be a QR CODE printed at the club for ease of access, you will be able to scan it and it will take you directly.
USING THE APP TO TURN ON LIGHTS
A - Scan QR Code or click on link to take you to the home screen.
B - Enter user & password if you are requested to.
C - Select the amount of tokens you would like to use.
D - Select the court you would like to light up.
E - Scroll down to switch on lights.
F - you should see text saying talking to lightbox, then you should see tokens removed and on the screen next to the meters you should see the time left on the court you just switched on.
Notes
You can add tokens to add time, for example, I can put in one token to get 25 minutes, and if another person adds a token it goes to 50 etc.
Remember
25 minutes Courts 1, 2,& 3
50 minutes Courts 4 & 5
You can still use the older coin meters, but beware you can only use one or the other, all tokens or all coins.
