KINSALE SENIOR OPEN CHAMPIONSHIPS

Since 2006, Kinsale Tennis Club has hosted an annual Senior Open Championships (doubles) event at the end of May/June. Always a huge success, this event tends to book out within 24hrs of opening for registration. Kinsale Tennis Club has uniquely designed the Open Championships around a 'Green Theme', with every effort made to reuse & recycle.

The Annual Nora May Tournament

The Nora-May Wycherley Tournament is kindly sponsored by the Wycherley family, and held every summer in memory of an outstanding Junior Development Officer at KTC. This is a fun day where Juniors who can rally are paired with an adult in a series of doubles matches. The annual event is held during the summer.

Tennis Ireland Tournaments

Tennis Ireland in association with Munster Tennis run a calendar of Club Opens (Singles & Doubles - Ladies/Men's / Mixed) from March - September each year.

These tournaments offer players the opportunity to compete and move up Grades once you achieve the points required to move from grade to grade.

To enter competitions you will be required to register with Tennis Ireland to get a Tennis Ireland Pin (used for every tournament entry) and also to register with Munster Tennis to be added to their Players Directory.
